Xinyan Liang is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the Institute of Big Data Science and Industry, Shanxi University. He is a recipient of the Shanxi Provincial Leading Talent Program, the “Sanjin Talents” Young Talent Program, and the WenYing Young Scholar Award of Shanxi University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shanxi University in 2022, where I was very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Yuhua Qian （钱宇华）. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Hong Kong. He joined the Institute of Big Data Science and Industry, Shanxi University, in August 2022. His research interests focus on multimodal machine learning and signal processing, with particular emphasis on their applications in microwave atomic sensing. In recent years, he has led or participated in eight research projects, including key projects from JKW, sub-projects of NSFC Major Programs, NSFC Young Scientist Fund, major projects of Shanxi Province, open projects of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Algorithm Security, and interdisciplinary projects at the university level. He has published over 40 papers in leading international journals and conferences, including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TEVC, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TFS, IEEE SPL, PR, Chinese Physics B, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI, SIGKDD, and ICCV, with more than 20 papers as the first or corresponding author. His honors include the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of Shanxi Province and the “Rising Star Award” from ACM Taiyuan Chapter. He currently serves as a committee member of the Visual Big Data Technical Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics (CSIG) and as a reviewer for Nature Communications, IEEE TPAMI, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, and other prestigious journals and conferences.
梁新彦，山西大学大数据科学与产业研究院副教授、博士生导师。入选山西省领军人才、山西省“三晋英才”青年人才计划，山西大学“文瀛青年学者”。 2022年博士毕业于山西大学计算机科学与技术专业，2017—2018年赴香港大学从事研究助理工作。2022年8月加入山西大学大数据科学与产业研究院。 主要研究方向为多模态机器学习与信号处理及其在量子精密测量与传感等前沿交叉领域的应用。近年来主持JKW重点类项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题及青年项目、山西省重大项目课题、智能算法安全全国重点实验室开放课题和校级学科交叉建设项目等共8项。 在 IEEE TPAMI、IEEE TEVC、IEEE TCSVT、IEEE TFS、IEEE SPL、Pattern Recognition、Chinese Physics B、FCS等国际权威期刊及 ICLR、ICML、NeurIPS、AAAI、IJCAI、SIGKDD、ICCV 等国际顶级会议发表论文50余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者论文20余篇。曾获山西省优秀博士论文奖、ACM 太原分会“新星奖”。 现任中国图象图形学学会（CSIG）视觉大数据专委会委员，并担任 Nature Communications、IEEE TPAMI、NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR 等国际期刊与会议审稿人。
